The Bet.........

haah..."The Bet"....aaan. So it all the way happened on 11th Jan, 2009. The four musketeers : Me,Lodhi,rahu and Raju were enjoying the " morning tea " at L.C. and the topic of discussion was the lavish party which witnessed the presence of quite a good number of heads....haah..what to say about it.....so the very Protagonist of this story this time is none other than lovely,cute,sharmila,sweet n delicate darling of ours "the one and only : Ajeeeeeeeet Lodhiiiiiiii ".....hehehe..hihihi..hahaha....hmmmmm....so after a good long discussion on the previous nught's party...lodhi "unfortunately landed in a Wonderful Troubleland" by saying that huuh..."Just 230 per head!!!!..itta to main akele L.C. pe kha loon"....bas fir kya tha....ab to "than-than gopaal"...."haanthi ghoda paal ki, jai kanhaiya laal ki"....hehehe....tha "bakara" was there infront of us with his very " innocent" face andand asking us to slaughter him.....and yaar ab itne achhe dost ki baat kaise taal sakte the....hihihi....how could we miss such a great opprtunity....muaaaaah.....so we ended up with a "Bet" that Lodhi will have to consume Rs.200 at L.C. within 2 hours...." no cold-drinks n ice-creams"
in the menu.....if he wins he will get some Prize money else hehehe.....samajh hi jaao...."jeb Dheeli"....:P:P.....now after so much so bahaanebaaji n efforts, he finally agreed to execute this task in Roadies ishtyle tomorrow.......heheheh..hahaha..huhuhu..just imagine " LOdhi with stuffs worth Rs. 200 in his stomach".....:P....mere ko to abhi se uspar daya aa rahi hai...."aage kya hoga Rama re"..
........so watch it live n exclusive at L.C ( Limbdi Corner ) at 3:00 pm on 31st Jan,2009.....he is allowed to consume "tea/samose/kachaudi/gulaab-jamun/bread-butter/bun-makhan/cakes/biscuits/amul-shakes/pastries/cream-rolls/jeera/"........hehehe......so what say.....will he be able to win this " The Bet".....betta Lodhi tu to gaya re kal.....hihihi.....

patang-baazi....."Khichdi"......ek kati patang aur udate armaan......"BHAAK-KATE"...

haah....kal hai "khichdi"....subhaan-allaah.......ek kati patang aur udate armaan...."BHAAK-KATE"..
Banaras.....a "City Of Celebrations" and "Khichdii" adding to its glory and beauty........
it all begins with various sorts of preparations like variety of stuffs being prepared at home....laddoooooz.....and the guys busy in buying the "Patang" and "lataai/pareti/manjhaa".......
....the entire market flooded with various sorts of food stuffs...and the colorful patang/pareti/lataai/manjha/saddi/resham.......
.....and here comes the day "MAKARSAKRANTI" as is waiting for the sky to be painted with wonderful colors....the day begins with traditional Puja..and then some home made stuffs.....laddoooozz especially....then lands the "heroes" of the day with rang-birangi "patang" and " lataai/pareti"........the very interestng and amusing thing is the shapes/sizes/names of the patang...."jahaaja/bareily/kawwi/teer...etc"....hehehe.......must have also heard the "tipu -slutaan " manjha.......hihihi......
Places where one can actually see how Varanasi looks on this especial day are the "Pakke-Muhalle" of Banaras and the "ghats" of Banaras......one can only find kites flying above their head......and the people shouting like anything.....to their max......BHAAK-KATE......the entire atmosphere echoing with this.....people,irrespective of their age, enjoy themselves to their max........
just let yourself out and enjoy this day to its max...........HAPPY KHICHDI....HAPPY MAKARSAKRANTI.............
